
As a college student living in the dorm, I don’t have any special kinds of food in my refrigerator. What I have in my refrigerator are:
1. Some frozen food
2. Soymilk
3. Pomegranate juice
4. Some salads
5. Canned fruit
Reflecting to the item lists that are in my refrigerator, you can see that I care about my health. Firstly, though some frozen foods are not necessarily good for our health, I still keep those in my refrigerator in case I don’t have chance to get food in the market place. Since I hate to go hungry, frozen food is something that I have to keep in my refrigerator. Secondly, I have much soymilk in my refrigerator. Soymilk is not only tasty but also good for our health because it is made with soybean, that has plenty protein. Thirdly, pomegranate juice has plenty antioxidants that lowers the risk of diseases. Fourthly, I have some salads in my refrigerator that are rich in minerals and fibers. Finally, I have canned fruit because I prefer to eat with canned fruit than any kinds of dressings when I eat salads. It is easy to know that I was grown up in a family that cares a lot about health. However, no one would be able to know what kind of person I am, other than the fact that I care about my health.

When I first came here, I always forgot the layer for refrigeration and the layor for freezing here are opposite as it should be in China. So I put some Coke into the upper layer and forgot to took them out in time.The result is……
ReplyDeleteYou must be really thin, because I cannot find any "fat" and "calories" in your refrigerator. I think it's a good thing to do. Healthy eating habit is always good for human beings. However, some meat can be really delicious and nutritious, for instance, the Korean Barbecue from your hometown. I personally like it a lot.
